2025 Will Be a Year to Remember – Pastor Adeboye

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has declared that 2025 will be a “landmark year,” one that many people across the world will never forget.

He shared this prophecy during the Holy Communion and crossover service held at the church's new auditorium in Shimawa, Ogun State.

Speaking on the theme of his annual prophecies, Pastor Adeboye stated that 2025 would usher in significant changes, with events that will leave an indelible mark on history. “Daddy said year 2025 will be a landmark year. A year nobody would ever forget. The day someone has been waiting for will arrive this year,” Adeboye declared.

The cleric added that the challenges faced in the previous year would intensify, but divine assistance would be available to those who trust in God. "The wind that started blowing last year will continue to blow this year, but stronger. Earthly helpers will be replaced by heavenly helpers this year," he said.

Pastor Adeboye also warned that mockers would become louder and more aggressive in their criticism, but many would not survive the year due to their refusal to repent.

He expressed God’s reluctance to see sinners perish, emphasizing the importance of repentance. “It’s unfortunate because God did not want the death of a sinner, but to repent. But some people have made up their mind not to repent,” he noted.

The General Overseer’s prophecy included words of hope and encouragement, particularly for Christians and members of the RCCG. “A landmark year means a lot of things. Anything can happen. But I pray only good things will happen to you,” he said, urging believers to remain steadfast in their faith.

Pastor Adeboye concluded with a message of triumph for communities and individuals, foretelling moments of victory and joy. “Daddy says some towns and villages would shout victory at last. Those who are God’s children will know and testify that it pays to serve God even before the end of the year.”

The service attracted thousands of worshippers who gathered to usher in the new year with prayers and thanksgiving.
